We know that finding the right shoe size can be tricky!
We’d recommend looking at the size guide which shows the approximate length of each size’s insole in centimetres.
If you already have a hiking boot, running shoe, or training shoe that fits you well, you could measure the length of the shoe’s insole and match this with the size guide.
Alternatively, you can measure the length of your foot and add between 1 and 2cm to find the correct insole length. It is hard to be exact here, as sizing is so personal – but in hiking boots, running shoes or training shoes, we’d recommend having at least 1cm of extra space beyond the end of the longest toe to ensure comfort.

We have graded the fit of all our shoes from 1 to 5 to make it easy for you to find the perfect fitting shoe. All our shoes are designed with Met-Cradle technology to lock down the mid-foot for a stable hold. Where they differ is in the toe box. Grade 1 represents our narrowest fit. At the other end of the scale, Grade 5 has the widest fitting toe box.
As a rough guide, Grade 1 represents an industry B fit, while Grade 5 equates to a 2E fit in the forefoot.

Weighing just 235g, the V3 edition of the fan favourite TrailTalon has been updated with a strengthened upper mesh, this responsive minimal trail running shoe is built for speed and agility.
Super-grippy, multi-directional cleats allow you to run with confidence over the valley and mountain terrain, while the POWERFLOW midsole offers cushioning and energy return.
The strengthened, breathable mesh upper gives a comfortable fit, while an external heel cage, welded film overlays and toe bumper add additional support and protection.
The TrailTalon sole is a near perfect option for the hard packed trail conditions you'd find most often around Australia.
Special note on fit: If you've worn previous editions of the Trail Talon ( 235 / 290 ) the 235 V3 edition had a thicker removable inner sole which is 6mm, the previous editions innersole was 3mm so there is a small reduction in internal volume. With this in mind you may need to go up a 1/2 size from previous editions.
