The V-TRAIN is the functional fitness specialist, offers all of the benefits of the original KMD Sport LS with upgrades to the upper, lacing and sole to accomodate most foot shapes including wider feet and higher insteps. The removable stitch-free, seamless 2mm footbed reduces potential friction and the Vibram XS-TREK performance rubber outsole provides all the grip and protection you need for a variety of cross training activities.

step-1Place a ruler or measuring tape against a wall
step-2Place your heel against the wall measuring the length of your foot. Be sure to take the measurement of your longest foot and the longest toe (which is sometimes not your big toe).
step-3Use the table below to find your correct size. Note if you fall between sizes you should alway pick the larger size.

Picking the right size KMD LS

This multisport model holds the foot securely during complex mult-directional movements. The upper is more firm than the KMD, and the feel is tighter overall, though it will give over time to create a fantastically custom fit.

With the lacing system completely loosened, insert your foot while gradually aligning each toe with the appropriate toe pocket" it's often best to start with your big toe and work down to the little toe, gradually inching forward as each toe finds its place. Check to make sure one toe is in each pocket.


AFTER each toe is in place, pull up the heel cup and nestle your own heel into the FiveFingers heel cup. It's important to get your heel firmly seated in the heel cup.


Slide the toggle down to the base of the laces until you have found your ideal fit.

Use the hook and loop fasteners at the end of the laces and affix them to the instep of the shoe.
